I am Darshana Koirala, a 19 year old third culture kid from Kathmandu, Nepal. I love to travel and explore new places, meet new people and try out new things! Living a healthy lifestyle is important to me and I am passionate about mental health. I am studying Psychology and International Development and I am always curious – curious to know more, curious about the things around the world and curious about life in general. I also like to think that I am an adventurer by heart. You see, I love the idea of bungee jumping, water-skiing, scuba-diving and hot-air ballooning but at the same time…I believe that adventure can be found in the simplest, everyday things in life.

I am a huge foodie – I am not picky about food at all, as I always seek to try new food items. I also recently started getting into skin care and fashion and honestly? It’s all about trial and error friends, so let’s try things together, shall we?
I believe in becoming a better version of myself everyday and living life to the fullest! However, I also know that life is a bumpy road and there are lots of ups and downs that we ALL come across, no matter who we are or what we do or where we are for that matter. Your health is important. By health, I mean both – physical and mental health.
I am not an expert on these topics BUT I am working on living a healthier lifestyle everyday and so, I can share my experiences and tips with you on how YOU can do the same. I am also an advocate for mental health and have been invited to speak at various events about mental health. Mental health and wellbeing is one of the most important things in my life.
